We are seeking an experienced HR Services Coordinator to join our clients People Services team on a temporary basis to support a period of high volume and system transformation.
Following the recent implementation of Oracle HRIS and SmartRecruiters, the team is managing an increased volume of employee and hiring-related enquiries through a newly introduced ticketing system. This role will play a key part in ensuring timely, high‑quality support to the business while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR operations, recruitment support and HR systems.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to HR and recruitment-related enquiries via a ticketing system, ensuring SLAs are met
- Providing end-to-end recruitment support, including requisitions, onboarding coordination and system support
- Supporting hiring managers and candidates with SmartRecruiters
- Assisting employees and stakeholders with day-to-day queries in Oracle HRIS
- Maintaining accurate employee data and documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement as the team embeds new systems and processes
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or HR Systems Administrator role
- Strong hands on experience with HR systems (Oracle and/or SmartRecruiters highly desirable)
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, case-management or ticket-based environment
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
- Knowledge of Australian legislation and modern awards will be highly regarded

Location: Mt Waverley, VIC (4–5 days onsite)
Contract: Temporary until 30 June (with potential extension depending on workload)
Salary: Circa $70,000 base + super (pro‑rata) - hourly rate equivalent
