About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and continuous improvement of reward activities, including:
- Providing practical remuneration and benefits advice to leaders and P&C partners
- Supporting job evaluation, grading, and maintaining remuneration frameworks
- Coordinating annual remuneration reviews and Group STI processes
- Building and refining reward tools, spreadsheets, models and reporting
- Managing benefits and superannuation programs and vendor relationships
- Ensuring reward practices comply with legislation and internal governance
- Supporting remuneration budgeting, modelling and cost analysis
- Assisting with remuneration data preparation for the Executive Committee
About You
You will bring:
- Strong technical skills in remuneration and benefits
- High comfort with data, modelling, spreadsheets and analytical problem‑solving
- Experience with annual remuneration reviews, incentive plans and job sizing
- Ability to provide clear, practical reward advice to stakeholders
- Strong written skills for documentation, reporting and presentation packs
- Experience in a large or complex organisation (industrial experience a plus)
- A hands‑on approach, happy to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail
