An opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy internal recruitment team during a high-volume period.
You’ll work closely with the talent team to assist with high volume recruitment, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone screens for customer service roles
- Manage candidate compliance checks including Fit to Work, Police Checks, and Right to Work documentation
- Coordinate interviews and provide general recruitment administration support
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded)
You’re a reliable and proactive recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive candidate experience. If you have a current police check, that would be beneficial.
