This leading environmental organisation is inspiring people and industries to reuse, repurpose, and recycle. They provide sustainable services to their customers that make a positive impact on the planet. We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their young and dynamic team on a short-term basis, providing leave cover for 4 weeks.

About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll partner with hiring leaders to attract and select top talent, ensuring key resources are delivered to the business. You’ll collaborate with the P&C team on workforce planning, lead the end-to-end recruitment process, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

About You
To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume blue-collar recruitment desk (in-house or agency)
  • A sound understanding of employment law and industrial relations
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A proactive, adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced environment
This role is based in Auburn and is onsite full time.
