We’re recruiting on behalf of a private Australian group that is evolving beyond traditional property development into hospitality, lifestyle and entertainment. With a number of projects progressing and a pipeline of venue openings scheduled from early next year, this organisation is establishing an internal hospitality division, and needs a capable Recruitment Specialist to help build it.
This fast growing hospitality group is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences and creating vibrant workplaces. They’re embarking on a thrilling expansion, opening two new restaurants, and are committed to finding the right people to make these venues a success.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager - Hospitality, and the HR team to drive the end to end recruitment process for a range of roles across front of house, back of house, and leadership teams. This is a rare opportunity to:
- Create and drive the recruitment process for two greenfields restaurant openings.
- Build strong pipelines of top hospitality talent and create a seamless candidate experience.
- Partner closely with leadership to shape team structures, role descriptions, and hiring strategies in a fast paced, high energy environment.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in hospitality or high volume recruitment, ideally with greenfields or start up experience.
- Agile, hands on, and confident managing multiple roles across different teams.
- Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- A natural relationship builder who can engage candidates, stakeholders, and hiring managers with energy and professionalism.
- Full time onsite presence is required to build relationships and navigate operational needs effectively.
- ASAP start date preferred.
