We’re partnering with an innovative hospitality group to find a Recruitment Specialist for an initial 6 month contract. You’ll be at the forefront of building the teams from the ground up for two brand new restaurant openings, shaping the culture and talent strategy in a truly greenfields environment.

About Them
We’re recruiting on behalf of a private Australian group that is evolving beyond traditional property development into hospitality, lifestyle and entertainment. With a number of projects progressing and a pipeline of venue openings scheduled from early next year, this organisation is establishing an internal hospitality division, and needs a capable Recruitment Specialist to help build it.
This fast growing hospitality group is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences and creating vibrant workplaces. They’re embarking on a thrilling expansion, opening two new restaurants, and are committed to finding the right people to make these venues a success.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager - Hospitality, and the HR team to drive the end to end recruitment process for a range of roles across front of house, back of house, and leadership teams. This is a rare opportunity to: 
  • Create and drive the recruitment process for two greenfields restaurant openings.
  • Build strong pipelines of top hospitality talent and create a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with leadership to shape team structures, role descriptions, and hiring strategies in a fast paced, high energy environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Experienced in hospitality or high volume recruitment, ideally with greenfields or start up experience.
  • Agile, hands on, and confident managing multiple roles across different teams.
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities. 
  • A natural relationship builder who can engage candidates, stakeholders, and hiring managers with energy and professionalism.

  • Full time onsite presence is required to build relationships and navigate operational needs effectively.
  • ASAP start date preferred.
