About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who enjoys being a true talent partner. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will take ownership of full-cycle recruitment across high-volume, operational and frontline roles, while helping evolve the approach from reactive hiring to forward-thinking talent pipelining.

This is an onsite position for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with leaders, understanding workforce demand in real time, and embedding smarter sourcing practices into the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, operational and blue-collar roles
  • Working closely with hiring leaders to clarify workforce needs, shape role profiles and plan targeted sourcing approaches
  • Shifting recruitment from purely transactional hiring to proactive talent pooling and pipeline development
  • Expanding sourcing channels and building diverse candidate networks
  • Collaborating with community partners, local training providers, trade schools and employment programs (including initiatives such as PLS and PALM) to broaden access to talent
  • Facilitating assessment centres, group intakes and structured interview processes
  • Staying across labour market movements and advising leaders on hiring trends and availability
  • Ensuring recruitment processes align with company policies and employment legislation
  • Tracking key hiring metrics and identifying opportunities to improve speed, quality and candidate experience
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3 years’ experience recruiting at scale, ideally within operational or blue-collar environments
  • Confidence partnering with line managers and influencing hiring decisions
  • Experience coordinating bulk recruitment campaigns and assessment activities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors experience advantageous)
  • A proactive mindset and interest in building sustainable talent pipelines
