We’re partnering with a high-performing, ASX-listed business currently undergoing a major transformation in its people systems and structures. With a strong national footprint and a diverse, multi-brand workforce, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic project role supporting the implementation of Oracle HRIS and the roll-out of a new job architecture and remuneration framework.

About the role
Reporting into the Head of Performance and Reward, you’ll play a key role in supporting data integrity, process improvements and structural consistency across the business during a critical transition period.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the maintenance of the job evaluation framework across the organisation.
  • Assisting with the roll-out of the new job architecture, including data validation, refreshing and preparing data files for upload into Oracle, and working closely with the HRIS team on testing and integration.
  • Contributing to internal mapping exercises across job levels and remuneration to identify structural gaps, compression risks and grade inconsistencies.
  • Supporting the implementation of a new remuneration framework, including salary banding, pay positioning analysis, and preparing reports and insights for stakeholders.
About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with structure, systems and data – with proven experience in remuneration, job architecture, or workforce analytics. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and confidence working in Excel and HR systems.
We're especially interested in candidates with:
  • Demonstrated experience in HR, remuneration or workforce data analysis roles
  • Strong Excel and data accuracy skills
  • Experience with job evaluation, salary banding or HRIS implementations (Oracle highly regarded)
  • The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
