We’re partnering with a high-performing, ASX-listed business currently undergoing a major transformation in its people systems and structures. With a strong national footprint and a diverse, multi-brand workforce, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic project role supporting the implementation of Oracle HRIS and the roll-out of a new job architecture and remuneration framework.
About the role

- Supporting the implementation of a new remuneration framework, including salary banding, pay positioning analysis, and preparing reports and insights for stakeholders.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with structure, systems and data – with proven experience in remuneration, job architecture, or workforce analytics. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and confidence working in Excel and HR systems.
We're especially interested in candidates with:
- Demonstrated experience in HR, remuneration or workforce data analysis roles

- Experience with job evaluation, salary banding or HRIS implementations (Oracle highly regarded)
- The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
