About The Company
A leading organisation in the energy business, committed to delivery excellence in the energy sector.

About the Role
This is a 4-5 month contract role, that will see you joining a small, close-knit Performance and Reward team.
Whilst your main responsibility of the contract will be to support with the annual remuneration and performance review, you will also be willing to support the team with other ad hoc tasks as they pop up.
After a recent implementation of Workday, this will be the first time the annual reviews have been completed on this system, and so if you did already have experience in Workday, this would be an added bonus!

About You

To be successful for this role, you will be an experienced Reward specialist and have run an annual remuneration and performance review before.
You will naturally be good with numbers, reporting and analysis and be a strong and confident user of preferably Workday, however as long as you have experience across some form of HRIS, and not just manual across Excel, then this is just fine too!
