About the Role

As Senior Consultant, Workforce Advisory, you will lead the scoping, design, and delivery of workforce projects where the content of work will be varied and include  design of organizational structures, workforce planning, industry  research,  benchmarking, and leadership programs.
This role offers autonomy, variety, and purpose, with the chance to own projects and further the build the business, while also influence system-level change in this sec.

You will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of advisory projects from proposal to delivery and expansion.
  • Partner with school leaders to develop workforce strategies and organisational plans.
  • Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and product innovation.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate customer insights into new tools and technology platforms
About You
You are experienced with consulting and come from HR, Organisational Development  and/or psychology background. You have experience working with concept through the design and facilitation of work. Some exposure to HR Tech platforms and metrics reporting and analyse will be a valued skill in this role. You are passionate about service, perhaps it time to talk your consulting skill to define boutique.  You have excellent communication; attention to details with this client cohort is essential. Experienced in workforce strategy, planning, organisational design, and change.
  • Flexible, agile, and comfortable in ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of the education sector highly regarded.
  • Able to think strategically while ensuring accuracy in delivery.
