About the Role
Reporting directly to Head of HR, this Senior HR Advisor will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle across a diverse and passionate workforce. You’ll partner closely with technical leaders, build people capability, and play a key role in shaping the culture as the organisation continues to scale.
  
This role also provides the opportunity to mentor and guide a junior team member while building a clear pathway toward more senior HR responsibilities..
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing pragmatic HR advice and coaching to leaders across multiple hubs
  • Supporting and enhancing the employee experience for all teams
  • Designing and delivering people initiatives
  • Leading cyclical P&C activities such as annual performance and remuneration reviews, WGEA reporting, engagement initiatives and EVP execution
  • Driving capability uplift with practice leads and technical experts
  • Working closely with payroll and leading improvements in HR operations
  • Owning and optimising the HRIS, ensuring full utilisation and data integrity
  • Partnering with the Head of the function on people projects as the organisation continues its growth trajectory
