About the company
This high-performing and well-regarded Australian property business is private equity backed and will be going through an M&A in July, doubling their headcount to just over 300 employees, and as a result they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support with all things BAU!
About the role
You will be based in their Sydney office, and will be supporting the lean HR team of 2 (3 including you), with the full scope of HR generalist duties.
This is a true generalist role, with a hands on HR business model, seeing you deliver end to end, and so you must be someone who enjoys the full operational element of your role, including the administrative tasks.
You will provide advice and guidance to the business, and due to the M&A about to take place, there will be preparation for onboarding and offer letters as well as BAU across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, recruitment and employee relations.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be immediately available, have HR or business-related Qualifications and be looking to join a fast-paced team.
With exposure to the full HR remit and end to end employee lifecycle, you will be self-motivated, action orientated, love building relationships and have the ability to think creatively in order to achieve meaningful and impactful initiatives. Working in a small cohesive team, you will be happy to be flexible and pitch in where required.
