Your Role
As Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and key stakeholders to deliver on a variety of HR initiatives including policy and governance, employee experience and cyclical HR activities, enabling organisational success.
  
Key focuses:
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) including senior operational leaders, unions and other industry associations, to support organisational transformation and effectiveness;
  • Effectively diagnose organisational opportunities in order to design and implement strategic solutions;
  • Provide expert employee and industrial relations advice, including complex case management and leading the development of strategic solutions to develop capability and work towards a proactive approach; 
  • Work collaboratively across the HR team, contributing to HR strategy, championing HR initiatives and driving awareness and engagement across all levels of the workforce.

  • Demonstrated success in strategic HR business partnering positions, within complex industrial environments;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to build credibility and influence across all levels;
  • The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on depending on business needs;
  • Enjoyment in working autonomously, effectively managing priorities to ensure delivery, whilst also contributing and collaborating within a team environment.
