We’re seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to step into a pivotal role within a large-scale transformation program.
This is a fixed term contract for an immediate start until the end of Jan 2026 and is based in Western Sydney.
This is a hands-on partnering role, working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to deliver strategic HR advice and practical change support. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that is navigating significant organisational change and will play a critical role in shaping the new structure and supporting staff through transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level HR partnering and consulting across the business.
- Support change implementation, including consultation, redeployment, and placement processes.
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues, balancing BAU and transformation priorities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and enable positive people outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor on people, culture, and workforce matters.
- Proven experience as a senior HR business partner in a large and complex organisation.
- Strong capability in organisational change, transformation, and employee relations.
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments with resilience and pragmatism.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, guide, and build trust quickly.
- Comfortable stepping into a fast-paced environment where immediate impact is needed.
- Previous experience working with the Education or Govt sectors would be advantageous.
