A high-profile transformation project is underway, bringing a large-scale customer contact centre in-house after more than a decade of external management. With go-live scheduled for July 2026, the People Stream is critical to ensuring 200 new team members are recruited, onboarded, and fully trained within a six-month window.
About the Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Translate business requirements into people solutions
- Lead organisational design and capability development initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on change management and employee experience
- Oversee recruitment strategy across multiple locations
- Manage complex onboarding operations for large-scale hiring
- Coordinate with Technology and Operations streams on integration requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Senior stakeholder and Project Management
- Senior-level HR/People leadership experience in transformation or large-scale projects.
- Proven success in M&A, rapid workforce scale-up, or large volume recruitment.
- Industry background could include FMCG, retail, consumer services, or similar environments with complex workforce challenges.
- Strong project management capability – able to deliver against tight timelines and milestones.
- Collaborative and resilient style, able to influence across multiple stakeholders and work streams.
