They are now seek to appoint a strategic HR Business Partner to join the team and drive impactful people initiatives across the business.

About the Role
As Senior Manager, People, you will partner with the General Manager, Digital, and leadership team, to deliver data-driven people solutions that align workforce strategy with organisational priorities. You will lead and influence strategic initiatives in workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, capability, culture, and engagement, navigating cultural challenges and shaping outcomes at a senior stakeholder level.

About Success
In this role, success means:
  • Driving strategic people initiatives across workforce planning, leadership development, engagement, and organisational design.
  • Partnering with senior Digital leadership to support AI adoption, data-driven decision-making, and workforce transformation.
  • Addressing cultural gaps and embedding behaviours that reinforce a high-performing, collaborative environment.
  • Delivering people solutions that enhance organisational performance while balancing strategic and operational priorities.

About You
You are a senior HR professional with credibility and gravitas at executive level, able to influence Executives and senior leaders confidently. You bring:
  • Senior HR leadership experience in complex, multi-site, or matrix environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital/technology businesses and/or professional services environments.
  • Proven expertise in organisational transformation and change leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate senior conversations with diplomacy and authority.
  • Agility, adaptability, and a light-touch, high-impact approach to delivering value.
