About the Role
This 12 month contract role sits as the dedicated Senior P&C Business Partner to the Technology portfolio, partnering directly with key senior stakeholders. This is not an operational HR role. It is a true strategic partnering position focused on:
- Leading organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Embedding a future state operating model
- Supporting the build and governance of a managed services model
- Building workforce capability aligned to future-state technology delivery
- Providing sound advice on people strategy, risk and commercial workforce decisions
The portfolio is complex, fast paced and evolving. The leaders are strategic, commercially sharp and execution focused. This role requires someone who can operate confidently at executive level, navigate ambiguity, and leverage key teams and functions to drive outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Exposure to large, complex organisations - You have supported senior leaders within multi layered organisations and understand how to navigate change programs, governance and competing priorities within a large scale organisation.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Technology portfolios - You understand how technology teams operate within corporate environments. You can build credibility with senior technology leaders and understand workforce challenges in technical environments.
- Proven organisational change and transformation expertise - You have led or heavily contributed to operating model changes, restructures, workforce redesign and capability uplift programs. You are comfortable managing ambiguity and sustained change. Experience managing change programs around outsourcing will be highly regarded
- Commercial and strategic thinking - You are able to link people strategy to business outcomes, balancing capability, cost and risk considerations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and emotional intelligence - You are calm, considered and collaborative. You can work effectively with senior, commercially focused leaders who are in an ongoing period of change.
