Are you ready to join a business that has the growth mindset of a start up, but is maturing into its next stage of growth? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the People & Culture agenda of a complex, high-impact organisation that is dedicated to making a long term impact on connecting Victoria.
The Opportunity
As Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to embed a more strategic, future-focused approach to people and culture. This is not a “steady state” HR role - you’ll be part of a team that is reshaping what partnership looks like, moving from reactive support to strategic enablement.
Key focus areas include:
- Driving organisational change, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives
- Coaching and influencing senior leaders (to GM and C-suite level) to build capability and confidence in managing a variety of stakeholders
- Developing innovative workforce strategies and engagement programs
- Navigating complex ER/IR landscapes and employment frameworks
- Building trusted partnerships across a diverse, multidisciplinary environment
You will be a confident HR professional who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working at pace. You bring:
- Demonstrated experience as a senior HR business partner in a large, complex organisation
- Proven capability in workforce change, ER/IR, and strategic P&C partnering
- The ability to analyse data and insights to influence outcomes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including with executives
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused style and the resilience to support an organisation in transformation
This is an opportunity to join a business that is growing, evolving, and ready for strong HR leadership. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values fresh ideas, curiosity, and people who want to make a real impact. The role offers flexible working arrangements (CBD and hybrid), generous leave entitlements, and the chance to contribute to a once-in-a-generation project that will shape the future of Victoria.
