About the role

Reporting to the GM People Experience, the Senior People & Culture Business Partner (Corporate) will partner closely with Finance, Legal, Technology and broader corporate functions. 

You will play a key role in supporting leadership teams with strategic and tactical HR advice, focused on delivering impactful people outcomes aligned with the organisations strategy. This is a strategic partnering role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across a varied corporate portfolio. You will champion the P&C value proposition, drive organisational change initiatives, and enable high performing, engaged teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate group-wide people strategies into function-specific initiatives.
  • Lead key people priorities such as succession planning, capability development, and culture building
  • Support organisational change, including restructures, new ways of working, and workforce planning.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands on management of complex ER/IR matters.
  • Use people data and dashboards to provide insights and influence decision-making.
  • Embed and champion a team member experience-first approach across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Strong experience in P&C Business Partnering, ideally in a corporate or shared services environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Australian employment legislation and practical HR applications.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Proven success in supporting organisational change and delivering people initiatives.
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and commercially minded approach
