About the role
The Senior P&C Manager will sit at the heart of this uplift. Reporting to the Head of P&C, you'll lead a small team and provide high-level ER/IR and OD support across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include managing complex employee relations matters, overseeing recruitment and workforce planning, driving leadership capability initiatives, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and contemporary P&C operations. You will also play a central role in supporting a cultural reset and embedding the organisations values in all HR practices.

This is a regional role based in Wagga Wagga with relocation support provided, offering the chance to enjoy a genuinely different lifestyle - lower cost of living, shorter commutes, a strong community, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a smaller, relationship-driven environment. About you
You bring strong judgement, fairness, and resilience, with proven experience navigating complex, multi-site, or unionised environments. Solutions-focused and people-centred, you are confident advising leaders through change and challenging matters, with the emotional intelligence and credibility to build trusting relationships across diverse stakeholders.
