The business employs around 1,000 people, mainly across regional Queensland sites, with a small corporate office in Brisbane.

About the Role
The role of Senior Workforce Advisor plays a pivotal role in enabling performance, supporting leaders, and driving engagement.  This is a hands-on, high-trust role where you’ll work closely with leaders - particularly across the corporate office - to ensure people processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on consistency and employee experience. This role is not about making transformational changes, but on enhancing what the business already has.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Lifecycle, Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end workforce processes: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and remuneration.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of all HR processes.
  • Review and improve workforce policies and procedures.
  • Partner with managers to support hiring decisions and onboarding success.
Remuneration Reviews – Systems Reporting
  • Assist with remuneration review cycles including data preparation and documentation
  • Ensure all remuneration changes are accurately reflected in systems
  • Maintain workforce systems and reporting and ensure employee data integrity
Manager Support
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders, particularly across the corporate office
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on workforce matters and support effective team management
About You
This role would suit someone looking for a professional environment where they support and get involved across a variety of initiatives. This is a standalone role so your experience in small environments and ability to self-start will be of value.

Ideally you are coming from:
  • Experience in a corporate environment supporting the employee lifecycle
  • Exposure to remuneration reviews, engagement surveys and broader HR initiatives
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to work independently
  • High emotional intelligence and the maturity to self-manage High attention to detail with strong systems and process capability
  • A collaborative, positive team player who builds trust easily with stakeholders
