About the Role
The role of Senior Workforce Advisor plays a pivotal role in enabling performance, supporting leaders, and driving engagement. This is a hands-on, high-trust role where you’ll work closely with leaders - particularly across the corporate office - to ensure people processes run smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on consistency and employee experience. This role is not about making transformational changes, but on enhancing what the business already has.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce Lifecycle, Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end workforce processes: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and remuneration.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of all HR processes.
- Review and improve workforce policies and procedures.
- Partner with managers to support hiring decisions and onboarding success.
- Assist with remuneration review cycles including data preparation and documentation
- Ensure all remuneration changes are accurately reflected in systems
- Maintain workforce systems and reporting and ensure employee data integrity
- Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders, particularly across the corporate office
- Provide day-to-day guidance on workforce matters and support effective team management

Ideally you are coming from:
- Experience in a corporate environment supporting the employee lifecycle
- Exposure to remuneration reviews, engagement surveys and broader HR initiatives
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to work independently
- High emotional intelligence and the maturity to self-manage High attention to detail with strong systems and process capability
- A collaborative, positive team player who builds trust easily with stakeholders
