Your Role
As a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant, you will provide expert workplace relations advice and guidance across a variety of employee and industrial relations matters, strategically enabling organisational success.
  
Key focuses:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external), including unions and other industry associations;
  • Provide strategic and technical workplace relations advice and guidance to leaders across the organisation, management of Fair Work Commission matters and escalated disputes and grievances;
  • Identify improvements and areas for further coaching across the organisation in order to continuously mitigate risks and build capability across workplace relations;
  • As Workplace Relations SME, collaborate with and support colleagues across the P&C team, sharing your knowledge to develop others and ensuring effective management of workplace relations matters.

An expert in workplace relations, you thrive in a purpose led and collaborative environment where you can proactively lead and influence others.
  
Additionally, you bring:  
  • Demonstrated success in a senior workplace relations role/s, providing providing comprehensive written and verbal workplace relations advice within complex, unionised environments;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to build credibility and influence across all levels;
  • The ability to think strategically, utilising data points to support a preventative and forward thinking approach;
  • Enjoyment in working autonomously, effectively managing priorities to ensure delivery, whilst also contributing and collaborating within a team environment.
