They are now seek to appoint a strategic HR Business Partner to join the team and drive impactful people initiatives across the business.
About the Role
As Strategic People & Culture Business Partner, you will partner with the Enabling Functions leadership teams, to deliver data-driven people solutions that align workforce strategy with organisational priorities. You will lead and influence strategic initiatives in workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, capability, culture, and engagement, navigating cultural challenges and shaping outcomes at a senior stakeholder level. Key to this role will also be driving AI-enabled workforce delivery

- Driving strategic people initiatives across workforce planning, leadership development, engagement, and organisational design.
- Partnering with senior Enabling leadership to support AI adoption, data-driven decision-making, and workforce transformation.
- Addressing cultural gaps and embedding behaviours that reinforce a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Delivering people solutions that enhance organisational performance while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
You are a senior HR professional with credibility and gravitas at executive level, able to influence Executives and senior leaders confidently. You bring:
- Senior HR leadership experience in complex, multi-site, or matrix environments.
- Deep understanding of enabling/corporate functions and/or professional services environments.
- Proven expertise in organisational transformation and change leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies to business outcomes.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate senior conversations with diplomacy and authority.
- Agility, adaptability, and a light-touch, high-impact approach to delivering value.
