About the Company
With over 30 years of experience, this respected Australian home builder has been delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes across New South Wales and Queensland. Headquartered in Norwest, they operate through a portfolio of well-known brands, catering to a broad client base—from first-home buyers to those seeking custom-designed dream homes.
Their reputation is built on innovation, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Internally, the team is known for being dynamic, collaborative, and passionate about what they do. They take pride in their service—not just to clients but to each other—and they’re looking for someone who shares those values.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll take the lead on recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles—covering everything from construction and technical to sales, operations, and corporate functions. With 20–30 live roles at any one time across NSW and ACT, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role with plenty of variety.
You’ll bring a strategic, proactive lens to the function—focusing on talent pooling, and smarter sourcing strategies. You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, influencing hiring decisions and helping shape how the business attracts and engages talent long-term.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent & Organisational Development, you’ll sit within a supportive People, Safety & Culture team and be encouraged to bring fresh ideas and make your mark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from job brief to offer
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill roles
- Take a strategic approach to sourcing, improving time-to-hire and reducing agency spend
- Partner closely with stakeholders, offering insights and guidance on market trends and hiring strategies
- Champion a great candidate experience and ensure cultural alignment with every hire
You’re a confident, organised recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to juggle competing priorities. You bring a sharp eye for talent, a proactive mindset, and a strategic approach to sourcing and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll likely bring:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally with exposure to the construction or property sector
- A track record in building strong pipelines and sourcing hard-to-find talent
- Commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A genuine interest in building lasting relationships—both internally and externally
- Happy to be in the Norwest office 4-5 days per week
