About the role

    
This role will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, implement best recruitment practices. It requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to ensure an efficient and engaging recruitment process.

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and reports
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, agencies, and industry contacts.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback.
  • Develop and coach leaders for succession planning initiatives.
About You

You will have previous HR or recruitment experience in a blue-collar industry background, experienced in supporting a site-based workforce, particularly in manufacturing.

Supporting the managers and onsite manufacturing workforce, you could be an  HR generalist or recruitment specialist who is available to work onsite/in the office and roll up your sleeves to get the job done in a proactive, positive and professional way.

You will be a down-to-earth "people person", who enjoys collaborating and comfortable working in an open-plan office, happy to get amongst it all.
