This large, well established organisation delivers essential services across a complex operational environment. You will join a collaborative People and Culture team during a particularly busy period of growth, backfill and increased hiring demand.

The TA function is small but highly capable, working closely with leaders across multiple business units to deliver quality hiring outcomes in a fast moving environment.

About the role
This is a 3 month contract Talent Acquisition Advisor role supporting high volume frontline recruitment.
You will manage end to end recruitment processes while rolling up your sleeves to support wherever needed across the function. With 25–30 live requisitions at any given time and peaks of up to 100 vacancies, this role requires someone who thrives in a busy, ever changing environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer
  • Writing and posting job ads across internal and external platforms
  • Screening candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to manage high volume hiring needs
  • Supporting pre-employment processes and candidate management
  • Maintaining the ATS (ELMO) and ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter when needed
  • Providing practical advice and support to stakeholders
You will be based 3 days onsite in Tallawong, working closely with the TA Manager and wider P&C team.

About you
You are an experienced recruiter who is comfortable working in high volume, fast paced environments and happy to jump in wherever needed.
You will bring:
  • Proven recruitment experience in complex environments
  • Strong end to end recruitment capability
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities
  • A proactive, hands on approach with a no ego mindset
  • Confidence building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
You are adaptable, resilient and happy to support across both strategic and administrative tasks to keep things moving.
