About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a dynamic and fast-paced business, with a focus on high-volume and entry-level hiring. Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with operations, you’ll play a key role in shaping a scalable, skills-first recruitment approach.
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive Talent Acquisition strategy, while continuously improving recruitment processes and systems, including optimising LiveHire ATS. This role will also see you build talent pools, coach hiring managers, and ensure a strong cultural fit across teams.
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience in retail, hospitality or customer service. You will be capable and happy recruiting front line roles as well as senior “head office” roles. We are looking for somebody who is authentic, low ego, fun and positive. Strong communication and influencing skills and a real team player are also a must.
