About the role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end Talent Acquisition role with real variety. You’ll recruit across professional services roles, including legal, consulting and corporate support functions, partnering closely with senior leaders and partners. Success in this role comes from strong direct sourcing, market knowledge and relationship-building. Beyond filling roles, there’s plenty of opportunity to shape how recruitment works, refine processes, and bring new ideas to the table as the business continues to grow.
About you
You’re a solid Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys being close to the work and getting stuck in. You’ll bring experience recruiting in professional services environments, ideally with exposure to legal roles. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders, take a practical, proactive approach, and are comfortable with ambiguity. If you enjoy building things rather than inheriting a finished product, and like variety, autonomy and being part of a team that’s creating something together, this role will feel like a good fit.
