  • Standalone TA role with scope to build function over time
  • ANZ Remit
  • Financial services / funds management environment
About them
Our client is a specialist infrastructure asset manager with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand, and growing teams in the UK and the US. Highly regarded in the ANZ market and expanding its global footprint, the business combines strong investment performance with a down-to-earth, low-ego culture. This organisation values thoughtful, commercially minded people practices and is now investing in building a more mature, in-house Talent Acquisition capability.

About the Role
This is a standalone Talent Acquisition Manager role, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand, with some exposure to global hiring.
Reporting into the CPO, you will take full ownership of the recruitment function, shifting the business away from heavy agency reliance and toward a more structured, proactive, and high-quality in-house model. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to scope roles, design effective hiring processes, and deliver strong talent outcomes across corporate functions.
The role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be responsible for proactive sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and offer management, while also improving recruitment frameworks, interview processes, and candidate experience. There is also an opportunity to build talent pipelines, introduce better tracking and reporting, and shape the overall TA strategy as the business continues to grow.

About You
This role will suit an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys working autonomously and building capability from the ground up. You’re comfortable operating in a high-performing, commercially focused environment and can confidently partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.

You bring experience within financial services, funds management, or a related sector, allowing you to quickly build credibility and understand the nuances of the roles you are hiring for. Whether you’ve worked in-house or within an agency environment, you have strong end-to-end recruitment capability and are confident taking ownership of sourcing, stakeholder management, and process delivery. You are proactive and hands-on, comfortable with direct sourcing and outreach, and not reliant on agencies to deliver outcomes. At the same time, you bring a structured approach to recruitment, with a focus on improving processes, building talent pipelines, and using data and insights to drive better hiring decisions.
