The Role
This position will see you managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs while delivering a seamless and professional candidate experience.
You will bring a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, leveraging market insights and talent pipelines to ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Key Focus Areas
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including briefing, sourcing, selection, offer and onboarding
- Partner with leaders to define role requirements, success profiles and hiring strategies
- Provide market insights, including talent availability, salary benchmarking and hiring trends
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals and networking
- Ensure recruitment activities align with employment legislation and best practice standards
- Enhance and maintain a strong candidate experience and employer brand
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles
- Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes
- Track and report on recruitment metrics(e.g. time-to-fill, quality of hire)
- Identify and implement continuous improvements across recruitment processes and systems
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role within a corporate environment
- Strong capability managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse role types
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong sourcing capability, including passive candidate engagement strategies
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and EEO principles
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
