This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with leaders to shape hiring strategy and workforce outcomes.
Working within a collaborative People & Culture team, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing high-quality talent, while ensuring recruitment practices are aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements and best practice.

The Role

This position will see you managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs while delivering a seamless and professional candidate experience.
You will bring a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, leveraging market insights and talent pipelines to ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting top talent.

Key Focus Areas
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including briefing, sourcing, selection, offer and onboarding
  • Partner with leaders to define role requirements, success profiles and hiring strategies
  • Provide market insights, including talent availability, salary benchmarking and hiring trends
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals and networking
  • Ensure recruitment activities align with employment legislation and best practice standards
  • Enhance and maintain a strong candidate experience and employer brand
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles
  • Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment processes
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics(e.g. time-to-fill, quality of hire)
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements across recruitment processes and systems
About You
  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner role within a corporate environment
  • Strong capability managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse role types
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong sourcing capability, including passive candidate engagement strategies
  • Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and EEO principles
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
