We’re partnering with a well-regarded Not-For-Porfit organisation that is experiencing an exciting period of growth and change. To support their busy Talent team, we’re seeking an experienced recruiter to join on a 3–4 month contract.
About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative Talent team, you’ll manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across the organisation. Your day will include:
- Advertising, shortlisting, and managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Coordinating compliance checks (NDIS, WWCC, police checks)
- Partnering with the Talent Lead to keep processes moving in a fast-paced environment
- Navigating recruitment systems and manual processes with efficiency and accuracy
You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and can hit the ground running. You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end, high-volume recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using recruitment systems and adapting to manual processes
- A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication skills
- NFP or disability sector experience is an advantage, but not essential
- 3–4 month contract with an immediate start
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the North Ryde office, 2 days from home
