About Them

Are you passionate about training and technology? Do you have experience in the insurance industry and a strong understanding of broker systems? We’re working with a highly regarded client in the general insurance space who is seeking a Technical Trainer to design and deliver impactful training across their Broker Management System and connected platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape learning programs, helping users work smarter and get real value from the platform.


About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, innovative training solutions to a broad audience across the organisation. From designing materials to conducting hands-on sessions, your expertise will help teams get the most from their systems and technology.

  • Design and develop training materials including manuals, guides, and video content tailored to various learning styles.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions via blended learning formats (in-person, online, etc.).
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels to drive effective use of the systems.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, ensuring optimal adoption and performance.
  • Collaborate on system testing and stay current with software updates and best practices.
  • Track training metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
About You
  • Background in General Insurance, ideally within a brokerage setting
  • Proven experience in a training or learning & development
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align them with technology.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident working in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
