Operating a significant industrial production site in North Queensland, this organisation is known for its strong safety culture and collaborative environment. Their supportive site-based HR team is seeking a training administrator to join asap.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join a close-knit HR and Safety team within a large industrial operation in North Queensland.

Working closely with the Learning & Development Advisor and training team, you will play a key role ensuring training records, qualifications and learning activities are accurately maintained across the business.

This is a front-facing role supporting supervisors and employees, coordinating training activity and managing learning system administration in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the training inbox and responding to training enquiries
- Creating and scheduling training classes within the learning system
- Registering employees into training programs
- Uploading qualifications and completed training records
- Maintaining the training skills matrix and curriculum information
- Coordinating onsite training sessions and updating learning records
- Ensuring training compliance documentation is accurately maintained
- Maintaining training calendars and reporting

About You

You will bring strong administrative capability and experience supporting training or compliance functions within operational or industrial environments.
You will also demonstrate:

- Previous experience in training administration, HR administration or compliance support
- Strong attention to detail and high-volume data entry capability
- Experience working with learning management systems (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded)
- Exposure to SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team environment
