We’re seeking an experienced Workplace Relations Partner for a short-term assignment with a major national transport company. This 4–6 week role will support the business through a busy period of employee relations casework, including performance management, disciplinary action, workplace investigations, and general ER advisory support.

About the role

  • Provide expert, timely advice on complex ER matters 
  • Lead or support workplace investigations into grievances, misconduct, and policy breaches
  • Assist in the drafting of outcome letters, performance plans, and disciplinary documents
  • Interpret enterprise agreements, policies and Fair Work obligations
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and employment law
About You
  • Solid experience in a Workplace Relations, ER, or Senior HR Advisor role
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and ER case management
  • Skilled in conducting or supporting end-to-end investigations
  • Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to quickly integrate into a national HR function and manage competing priorities
  • Transport, logistics or safety-critical environment experience is a bonus
