Melissa is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with close to nine years’ experience specialising exclusively in HR recruitment across a broad range of industries. Partnering with some of Australia’s leading organisations, she is known for her considered, consultative approach, taking the time to deeply understand both clients and candidates to deliver tailored, high-impact recruitment solutions.

 

Working predominantly with the mid to senior HR market, Melissa recruits across the full spectrum of HR roles, ranging from specialist roles such as Employee and Industrial Relations roles, HR systems, People Analytics and Payroll, to Learning & Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, HR generalist roles; right through to senior HR Leadership roles. Her depth of market knowledge enables her to provide informed, strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
