What Is The Strategic Step Advisory?

The Strategic Step Advisory was co-founded by Rachael Kelly, one of Australia's most respected HR and people strategy leaders, alongside senior strategic safety and risk leaders Greg Lazzaro and Rod Maule. The practice exists because the most valuable thing an advisor can offer is having been in the room, on both C-Suite teams and boards — and Rachael, Rod and Greg have been. They work as trusted sounding boards and strategic partners to executives and board members navigating significant decisions, transformation and risk.
