With over 14 years of experience working with international companies across multiple sectors - including business process outsourcing, government and diplomatic services, media distribution, professional accounting services, and wine production—she brings a diverse perspective to the role. This experience spans organisations in the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand.

When not at work, Pam can be found outside in the farm farming.
