About the role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, People and as a member of the People Leadership Team, the Head of Leadership Development & Learning will lead the organisation's leadership, learning and capability agenda.

Working closely with executives and senior leaders, you will design and deliver fit-for-purpose leadership strategies, frameworks and programs that strengthen leadership capability, support succession planning and enable business growth.

The role will oversee leadership development, leadership assessment, onboarding, graduate development, compliance learning and future-focused capability initiatives, while identifying and addressing organisational capability gaps.

Leading a Learning Specialist and graduate cohort, you will provide coaching and development support while helping to build a high-performing, accountable and future-ready culture across the organisation.

About you
Tertiary qualified, you are an experienced leadership development, learning or organisational capability professional with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide leadership strategies within complex and evolving environments.  Experience working within the financial services sector is ideal.

You bring strong expertise in leadership development, succession planning, talent management and organisational capability, together with exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, you can translate ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

You are a highly collaborative and commercially minded leader who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing through relationships and driving meaningful organisational change.
