About the Company
This well-regarded professional services firm is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of People & Culture to lead a significant transformation, consolidating state-based People & Culture teams into a high-performing national function.
  
Reporting to the COO and partnering closely with executive leaders, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape a scalable, service-focused HR function that supports organisational integration and performance.  With significant autonomy, you will drive operational excellence, embed best practice, and build a high-performing People & Culture team.

About the Role
Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for strengthening capability, improving service delivery, and establishing consistent people practices across the organisation nationally.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and developing the People & Culture team across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, and People Services
  • Establishing scalable HR frameworks, policies, and processes
  • Driving consistency and alignment across multiple office locations
  • Enhancing people reporting, workforce analytics, and insights
  • Improving talent acquisition effectiveness and recruitment outcomes
  • Strengthening governance, compliance, and risk management practices
  • Optimising systems, processes, and ways of working to improve efficiency and service delivery
About You
You are a proven People & Culture leader with experience building high-performing teams and transforming HR functions and embedding operating model change. You combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution and are recognised for your collaborative, pragmatic, and influential leadership style.
You will bring:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
  • Experience leading and developing broad People & Culture functions
  • Polished stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated success implementing best-practice HR processes and operating models
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using workforce data to drive decision-making
  • A proven track record of working within a partner-led professional services environment
