Your Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a highly capable People, Culture & Safety team, you will drive the people strategy, strengthen organisational capability and foster a safe, engaged and high-performing workforce. 

Key focus areas include:
  • Leading people, culture and safety strategy aligned to business growth
  • Partnering with the Executive Team as a trusted advisor and coach
  • Building leadership capability, workforce planning and succession strategies
  • Driving culture, engagement and organisational change initiatives
  • Using people insights and data to inform decisions and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring best-practice employee relations, compliance and workplace safety outcomes

About You

You are an experienced and commercially astute People & Culture leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You build credibility quickly, navigate complexity with confidence and enjoy influencing positive business outcomes.
You will bring:
  • Senior HR leadership experience within complex environments
  • Strong industrial relations, employment law and compliance expertise
  • Demonstrated success leading culture, change and organisational development initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and leadership capability
  • A genuine passion for people, safety and continuous improvement
