Your Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a highly capable People, Culture & Safety team, you will drive the people strategy, strengthen organisational capability and foster a safe, engaged and high-performing workforce.
Key focus areas include:
- Leading people, culture and safety strategy aligned to business growth
- Partnering with the Executive Team as a trusted advisor and coach
- Building leadership capability, workforce planning and succession strategies
- Driving culture, engagement and organisational change initiatives
- Using people insights and data to inform decisions and continuous improvement
- Ensuring best-practice employee relations, compliance and workplace safety outcomes
About You
You are an experienced and commercially astute People & Culture leader who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You build credibility quickly, navigate complexity with confidence and enjoy influencing positive business outcomes.
You will bring:
- Senior HR leadership experience within complex environments
- Strong industrial relations, employment law and compliance expertise
- Demonstrated success leading culture, change and organisational development initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience developing high-performing teams and leadership capability
- A genuine passion for people, safety and continuous improvement
