About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll join a close knit People & Culture team in a broad generalist role supporting the full employee lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to take the next step in their career, working alongside an experienced leader who is passionate about mentoring and developing talent.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Supporting recruitment across a variety of roles and business units
  • Preparing employment documentation and maintaining employee records
  • Assisting with graduate and internship programs
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives
  • Providing day to day HR support across the business
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of people processes and initiatives
As the business continues to grow, the role will naturally evolve, providing exposure to a broad range of HR activities and opportunities to develop your capability.

About you
To be successful, you'll bring:
  • Approximately 3+ years' experience within Human Resources, with exposure across a range of HR activities
  • Experience supporting recruitment and broader HR activities
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A strong work ethic and genuine desire to learn and grow
Experience within a smaller or mid sized business environment will be highly regarded.
