An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a respected global organisation on a 3-6 month temporary contract.

Working as part of a high-performing People & Culture team, you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused HR support and drive positive people outcomes.

This role is ideally suited to an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and can confidently manage a broad range of employee relations and business partnering activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted HR advice and support to leaders across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Coach and influence leaders to build people management capability and support effective decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, correspondence, and case management records.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and employee communications.
  • Assist with wellbeing, leave management, and return-to-work activities.
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and broader people initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience and business outcomes.
About You
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong employee relations and case management expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people and business needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience within a corporate, professional services, or complex organisational environment will be highly regarded.
  • Available to commence immediately or at short notice.
