Working as part of a collaborative and supportive People & Culture team, you will play an important role in ensuring HR systems and data are accurate, efficient and well maintained, while providing a positive employee experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating employee queries via shared inboxes and ticketing systems
- Supporting end-to-end HR administration (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
- Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Maintaining HRIS data accuracy and system integrity
- Producing workforce reports, dashboards and insights (Power BI)
- Supporting compliance reporting (e.g. WGEA)
- Supporting HRIS workflows, access and system usage
- Assisting with system upgrades, testing and optimisation
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Supporting employee experience and recognition programs
You are a highly organised HR Coordinator with strong systems capability, attention to detail and a genuine interest in improving HR processes and ways of working.
You bring:
- 2+ years' HR operations or coordination experience
- Tertiary HR qualification
- Confident HRIS and systems capability
- Strong reporting and data analysis experience (Excel and ideally Power BI)
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
- A proactive approach to process improvement and technology
- Purpose-driven organisation with meaningful impact
- Salary of $80,000–$85,000 + Super
- 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
