About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with our client to appoint an experienced HR Coordinator to support a busy People Services function during a period of increased organisational demand and significant transformation. With higher volumes of employee, manager and recruitment‑related enquiries flowing through a centralised triage model, this role plays a key part in delivering timely, accurate and professional HR support.

You’ll work closely with People Services Advisors and leaders across the business, ensuring smooth HR operations, strong service delivery and consistent case resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive, professional and empathetic HR support to employees and leaders.
  • Respond to HR queries across recruitment, onboarding, training, safety, employee relations and general P&C matters
  • Maintain accurate employee records, case notes and data across HR systems.
  • Support recruitment processes including requisitions, candidate coordination and onboarding
  • Assist with employee benefits programs, recognition initiatives and cyclical HR activities
  • Identify trends in queries and contribute to process improvement.
  • Provide reports, data insights and HR metrics to support decision‑making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
About You
  • Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or People Services Coordinator
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Service‑driven, proactive and confident engaging with stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a ticket‑based or case‑management environment
  • Knowledge of HR policies, processes and Australian employment legislation
  • Collaborative, supportive and able to work autonomously when required
