About the Organisation

This large, complex organisation is currently undertaking a workforce management system migration, transitioning from a legacy Kronos environment to UKG Kronos.

To support the success of the implementation, they are seeking an experienced Kronos / UKG SME to act as the key client-side subject matter expert throughout the migration and business readiness process.

About the Role

Working closely with the Project Manager, implementation partner and internal stakeholders, this role will provide practical operational guidance to support the successful rollout of UKG Kronos across the business.

Importantly, this is not a technical configuration role. Instead, the focus is on representing the business, helping operational stakeholders understand what is required, when decisions need to be made and how the transition will impact day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the internal SME across the Kronos to UKG migration project
  • Supporting business readiness, stakeholder engagement and operational transition activities
  • Advising on workforce management processes, impacts and dependencies throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Assisting with testing, process mapping, change support and issue resolution
  • Partnering across operations, payroll, HR and project teams to support successful adoption

About You

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Strong client-side Kronos and/or UKG experience
  • Previous experience participating in a migration from Kronos to UKG
  • A practical understanding of workforce management processes within complex operational environments
  • The ability to confidently engage stakeholders and translate system impacts into operational outcomes
  • Experience supporting business readiness, implementation or transformation projects

This role would suit someone who enjoys sitting between operations and project delivery, bringing both workforce management expertise and practical business insight.
