Our client is a well regarded professional services organisation known for its collaborative culture, strong leadership and commitment to employee development.

Due to a parental leave cover requirement, they are seeking a Learning & Capability Senior Consultant to join their People & Culture team on a 12 month contract.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development & Culture, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging learning and capability initiatives across the business.

This is a broad, hands on position suited to an experienced L&D professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, facilitating learning experiences and managing programs from concept through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Design, coordinate and facilitate leadership, capability and professional development programs
  • Deliver engaging virtual and face to face workshops and learning experiences
  • Develop learning resources, e-learning modules and supporting materials
  • Manage learning initiatives from planning and stakeholder engagement through to evaluation
  • Support LMS administration, reporting and learner engagement
  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and deliver practical learning solutions
  • Measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
About you
You are a relationship focused Learning & Development professional who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and working across a variety of programs.
You will bring:
  • Experience in Learning & Development, Capability or Organisational Development roles
  • Strong facilitation skills across both virtual and face to face environments
  • Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs
  • Exposure to LMS administration and learning technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
  • Experience working within a professional services or matrix environment will be highly regarded
