About The Role
This is a hands-on and broad role, responsible for driving digital campaigns, content development, and marketing processes across our brands.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Execute our marketing strategy with structure, creativity, and accountability - ensuring plans translate into outcomes that support the business.
  • Drive marketing rhythms and routines that support consistency, visibility, and commercial impact.
  • Partner with the business - working closely with consultants and leadership to align marketing efforts with sales and growth priorities.
  • Develop high-quality content - across thought leadership, social media, job advertisements, and client communications, ensuring messaging is compelling and brand-aligned.
  • Manage digital marketing activity - including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, website updates, and analytics, with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver marketing events (virtual and in-person) that drive client engagement, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.
   About You
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment, with a strong preference for recruitment industry experience.
  • Confident and capable content creator, with excellent writing and editing skills tailored to varied audiences.
  • Strong system and technical skills in digital and social media marketing, able to use CRM, ATS and integration tools (including Hubspot and JobAdder, or similar) to measure and optimise activity.
  • Self-motivated, organised and outcome-focused, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and broader business goals.
