About them
Join a leading digital organisation that has built a strong reputation through innovation, customer experience and a genuine commitment to creating a high-performing culture. Operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, this business continues to invest in growth, technology and new ways of working.
With a strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative culture and a focus on continuous improvement, this is an organisation where people are encouraged to take ownership, challenge the status quo and make a meaningful impact.
As the business enters its next phase of growth, the People & Culture function is strengthening its capability and looking for an experienced HR professional to help support its people agenda.

About the role
This is a true generalist P&C Business Partner role, balancing strategic partnering with hands-on HR delivery. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will partner with leaders across the business, providing practical HR advice, supporting employee relations, performance and the employee lifecycle, while also contributing to projects across systems, analytics, engagement and process improvement.
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is comfortable moving between strategic conversations and day-to-day HR support.

About you
You are an experienced HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You bring strong generalist HR capability, a commercial mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
You are adaptable, solutions-focused and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Experience with HR analytics, systems improvement or process optimisation will be highly regarded, along with a genuine curiosity for using data and technology to improve the employee experience.

This opportunity will suit someone who is adaptable, down-to-earth and comfortable with ambiguity. You are not someone who says “that’s not my job” but enjoy being part of a collaborative team, taking ownership and making a tangible difference.
