About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will partner closely with senior leaders, providing commercially focused advice across the full people agenda.

You will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability, workforce planning, talent and succession, culture and performance, while also supporting organisational change and complex employee relations matters.

A key part of the role will be helping leaders navigate change, build high-performing teams and make informed people decisions, supported by meaningful workforce data and insights.

This is both a strategic and hands-on partnering role with plenty of scope to make an impact.

About You

You will be an experienced P&C Business Partner who is confident operating with senior stakeholders and comfortable balancing strategic priorities with practical people solutions.
You will ideally bring:
  • 4+ years' experience in a P&C/HR Business Partner role
  • Strong capability across leadership, talent, workforce planning and organisational change
  • Solid employee relations and employment legislation knowledge
  • Experience working within a regulated, governance-focused or complex environment; financial services or APRA exposure will be highly regarded
  • Strong project management skills 
  • A pragmatic, collaborative approach and the ability to use people data to inform decisions
