About the Role
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of established clients, building strong relationships with senior HR and business leaders while ensuring the successful delivery of workforce transition and career coaching programs.

This is a unique role that combines client relationship management, account growth and service delivery with hands-on career coaching. You will work closely with organisations navigating workforce change, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships while providing practical support and coaching to individuals during career transition.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of key client relationships
  • Building trusted partnerships with senior HR and business stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to expand and enhance existing client engagements
  • Leading the delivery of workforce transition and change programs
  • Coordinating stakeholders, communications and service delivery activities
  • Monitoring program progress and providing client reporting
  • Delivering one-on-one career coaching and transition support
  • Assisting individuals with resume development, interview preparation, job search strategies and career planning
  • Supporting proposals, presentations and business development activities as required
About You
You are a commercially minded relationship manager who enjoys building trusted partnerships and delivering positive outcomes for both clients and individuals.

You bring a background in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, career transition, workforce consulting or a related people-focused environment, and are comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.

To be successful, you will possess:
  • Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships within HR, recruitment, talent, consulting or professional services environments
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting organisations through workforce change, career transition or talent-related initiatives
  • Confidence providing coaching, guidance and support to individuals navigating career change
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • A proactive and commercially aware approach to account management and business growth
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion
Highly Regarded
  • Experience in outplacement, career transition, HR consulting, talent management or recruitment
  • Exposure to restructures, workforce change or organisational transformation programs
  • Career coaching, leadership coaching or related coaching qualifications
