About the Role

Reporting to a highly supportive Head of HR, the Talent Partner has end-to-end accountability for talent acquisition across Australia and New Zealand, a workforce of approximately 900 employees. 

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be leading and managing recruitment activity, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of high-quality talent aligns with the organisation’s strategic objectives, workforce planning requirements, and culture.

You’ll partner closely with operational leaders to deliver efficient hiring outcomes while also playing an instrumental part in evolving the organisation’s Talent Acquisition capability, through reviewing and elevating current talent acquisition processes and systems. 

You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, strengthen internal recruitment capability, and streamline current processes, procedures and system usage.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle across ANZ from workforce planning through to onboarding
  • Reviewing current Talent Acquisition processes, tools, systems and workflows and identifying opportunities to elevate and improve them
  • Partnering with leaders to improve recruitment capability and upskill hiring managers on best-practice hiring processes
  • Implementing strategies to reduce agency spend and strengthen direct sourcing capability
  • Developing attraction and retention strategies aligned to workforce needs
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across operational sites 
About You

This is an opportunity for an experienced TA professional who enjoys both hands-on recruitment delivery and strategic improvement, working closely with leaders to strengthen hiring practices and build scalable talent processes.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational recruitment capability with a future-focused mindset and enjoys a "build" role where you can truly make an impact and elevate there existing TA function.

You will bring:
  • Proven Talent Acquisition experience recruiting blue-collar workforces across multiple sites or regions (eg: security, construction etc)
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and elevating a Talent Acquisition function or processes
  • Experience coaching or upskilling hiring managers on effective recruitment practices
  • A track record of process improvement and recruitment optimisation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence leaders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive improvements
